Studying the art of partnering with horses at Shakti Ranch provides a unique opportunity to explore the inner realms of oneself while building a tangible skill set. The Oak & Sycamore trees that surround the barn and the creek that quietly bubbles in the ravine create a haven for this way of learning. To a quiet and open mind, the masterful therapeutic equines here at Shakti Ranch offer profound insights that accelerate personal development and growth. Deep in the blackness of horses eyes are portals to your own veiled realms of emotional truth and creative vitality. As you experience and witness this over and over, you are invited to explore how you partner with horses. The assorted modules and peer practice create space for you to iterate on and refine your unique horse-and-human connection and how you will use that to guide others through their own metaphoric equine experiences.

The potential of a therapeutic partnership with horses is truly limitless. Their wisdom is profound and immediate; the results are transformative. Regardless of how the certification may serve you, your time at Shakti Ranch will give you the opportunity to explore this mystical, boundless terrain.

The 4-month certification program includes eight modules on a wide ranging set of topics as well as opportunities to connect with Rose Mary one-on-one and with other students in the program. The program is open to individuals of any professional background and horse experience is not required. We start the 2024/2025 Equine-Assisted Learning certification program on October 5th.

*The first two modules are open to the public. If you would like to join us for the early modules, you are welcome to explore if this program is a good fit for you (space permitting).

Additional Practicum:
